Please can you help me urgently.

Two of my email accounts have been hacked now. 

I contacted you very recently to try and regain access to the first one. 

You keep telling me to fill out the form.

I just can't remember any answers - I didn't have any previous passwords or make any folders. I've given you email address and tried to remember some email subject but its not enough. I think I have tried it too many times now as well.

Also you keep asking me for an issue number - I haven't seen an at all!?!.

Now today my second very old 10+ account has also been compromised.

And also my Facebook account got hacked as a result too - thankfully I was able to get back into it very quickly. 

Please can someone ring me to urgently sort this out - it is too long going back and forth on these messages- and I can't fill out these forms anymore!!!! Is there another way please? 

I have had to create a 3rd email account just write on here. 

As soon as I get back in I want to cancel all three.
