I created my @outlook.com address immediately to secure the name I want. I want to use this as my primary for my old @hotmail.com address. I've read the alias stuff and it seems that I can't use my new @outlook.com address as an existing address for the alias.

Question 1: If I delete my @outlook.com address, how long until I can use it as my alias?

Question 2: Is there anyway for me to use my @outlook.com as my primary for all my services? Xbox Account / Skydrive with all my include storage space / etc. I don't want to lose or mess anything up. Currently my @hotmail.com is the primary for all my services.
