I am trying to retrieve my Hotmail account and password which was working perfectly fine up until Tuesday last week 15/07/13. I have submitted several account verification forms with all information answered to the best of my knowledge. Each time Microsoft are unfortunately able to verify my ownership to this account. Its getting rather frustrating not to be able to access my account grr!! I've called your 132058 number and was told that there is no phone support for issues like this, and that they would email me links that I may get an answer (NOT). These links don't help!

I have had the same email address for over 14 years and content that is required. How can I verify that it is my account if my details aren't updated to my new smart phone or every time I submit a form I'm told that I haven't provided enough information!!!!

I just want to speak to someone personally and get an answer to my problem.

PLEASE HELP
