I've tried to open a new account with the same email but I get a message that it is taken. It can't be taken by someone else as when I send an email to the old address it bounces back. Could anyone help me figure out how to open the account again? I don't need to recover anything, I just want the email address active again because I can't login to one of my accounts as it's sending the 'forgot password' links to the old email.
