ANYWAY When I try closing my account it says this:

You need to deactivate your Hotmail account. Once you've done that, your Microsoft account will be closed automatically after a period of inactivity.

OK so I clicked on the link....then:

 To close your Outlook account, you must first cancel your billing service. Go to Microsoft Account and Billing Services at https://billing.microsoft.com. 

 Now when i click on that god damn link it says this: 

 We have a waiting period for the updates to take effect. On 11/22/2013, we'll delete your old security info: ‎(***) ***-**92 Once this is deleted, you'll be able to verify your account with info you have access to. If you didn't make the updates, or if you still have access to the above info, cancel the updates.

 Ok...now I dont know what this means...here's what I do know... I don't have a damn billing service, I don't want my account "deactivated" I want it GONE. I dont understand why it has to be made complicated like this. I will never use hotmail or outlook or any associated services again if it's anything like this runaround. My account has been compromised and I don't use it anymore...I WANT IT GONE THANK YOU
