I need to move email folders from Live Mail 2012 to Outlook 2010. It doesn't work.
- I open both Outlook and Live Mail
- In Live Mail File->export email->email messages.
- A windows pops up, allowing me to select either Microsoft Exchange or WLM . I select Exchange, click Next.
- Message box pops up "This will export messages from Windows Live Mail to Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Exchange". Click OK.
- Message box disappears, back to the window that allows me to select between Exchange and WLM.
- Nothing happens
I restarted Outlook, Live Mail and Windows. No change.
What can I do to make this work?
