My coworkers Hotmail account has been hacked - we tried the form multiple times to retrieve her password.  No matter how much information we submitted it kept telling us we did not submit enough info.  She would like to open a new account and delete the hacked account- without being able to log into the account how can we do this?

Any help would be great - we are getting very frustrated!
