I have followed the procedures outlined on the website several times to close my account and nothing happens. I've been to the chat and on the phone. Nothing helps. In the meantime spam is being sent out to all my contacts from my email and I am helpless to stop it. This is the third time in a year my hotmail account has been hacked and I want to close it asap. It is extrememly frustrating to sit helplessly by as spam continues from my email account. Please help!
