Hello,

I'm trying to change my primary alias in my Outlook.com email address *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

(Plus - it will not even let me add *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as an alias as I'm informed "This email address is already taken" ...yes...by me! )

but I'm unable to do so, I get "Your organisation's policies prevent you from changing your primary alias." What does this mean? I don't have an "organisation" just a bog standard run-of-the-mill free email address.

Can anyone here help, much appreciated.
