Had Windows Live Mail set up for a DSL provider but moved to new location and want to have my Comcast cable account e-mail on Windows Live to receive and send messages. Comcast provided server and port settings but advised that Microsoft should help with
set up. Contacted Microsoft on 6/27 and subscribed to tech support package but technician could not solve problem and escalated up and assigned number 1294417848. That group contacted me on 6/28 and advised that they were not trained on Windows Live and that I should post problem with this community. Would appreciate a response.
