I am setting up a handful of clients in WLAC and just for the transition I need their emails forwarded. Outlook.com won't let me as it says

Verify your account and you'll be able to use this and all other features right away.

I can't verify the customers emails with their phone numbers. Can I please have this requirement removed for these emails addresses?

The addresses are:

(moved email addresses to private message)
