I am using Windows Live Movie Maker on Windows 7 and my video is in 720p and it runs smoothly until I save it using the save movie function and then the output video has a lot of stuttering and choppiness like somehow some of the frames went bad during the save process. I have tried saving it in 480p and I still get the same results, any suggestions on how to fix this would be great.
