I am trying to create an e-mail account for my child. I can get through most of the process, however, after filling out my CC info for age verification it tells me there is a technical error and to try back later. I have been receiving the same message repeatedly over the last couple of days. My reply from Outlook said to come here and speak with a Moderator. I am not tech savvy in the least, and am not sure how to contact a Moderator versus the "Community".
