Hello!  Hope someone can help me. 

I am trying to print jpeg attachments that comes in on a zipped file through email.  I am able to open everything within the zipped file, however, while other documents are able to print, the jpeg files are not.  It will open on photo gallery but all options are greyed and non-functional.  I checked in the security setting but was unable to find anything there.  I opened the same email on another computer and am able to print the jpeg there using the photo gallery.  Anyone know how to fix this?
