I was bombarded with request to update my hotmail to outlook and when I finally agreed, it came back with an answer that is not available. What is going on? I'm happy with things as they are. Why is no choice given?  Too many people not happy with the change. Don't forget they are lots of elderly people using this service who may not be able to adjust and they will give up using it altogether
