I am facing a problem in retrieving my account which has been hacked. I submitted more than 3 forms with the required information then I received E-mail from MS saying that there are missing information to retrive your password so i submitted a new request. Last E-mail i received by MS was a link to reset my password and when i tried, it says that someone is using your account. I am trying my best to get back my account. I mentioned all information in the submitted forms more that 3 times. I appreciate if you could help me to do the necessary as i need this account for my career life and social life. I even called the Support more than 2 times but they guided me to MS Community.
