I am trying to set transition fade times for a video I have created in move maker. I set the time in the transition fade time window for 8 seconds, but it still rolls at the stock set time of about 2 seconds.  How do I get the fade time to take? Is it only in certain transitions that this "fade time" feature is available? What am I doing wrong? Can some please help me correct my "user error" problem?  PLEASE...
