Accidently the power source was turned off to my pc. When next accessing Windows mail I could not receive our sent mail. despite being looged on. I then attempted to set up a new IMAP account following your online intructions to move to outlook.office365.com etc, etc. All seemed OK until I tried to download the folders The message tells me thet one or more of my folders list may be inaccurate. How can I resolve this?
