Hi there

I currently have a VPS with MailEnable installed, and have hosted my email on a specific address; *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

I have decided to transfer to outlook.com, and would like to continue to use that address.

I have already verified this email address, and can log into my Microsoft live account using it.

Have registered and verified my domain with outlook.com, and set up the necessary records on my DNS account.

When I try to add the account "Mark" I get the following error:

"The requested account name is already in use or was used in the past and has not been through the required waiting period to re-use."

I need to be able to transfer this address as fast as possible, as now I have removed my MX record that pointed at my VPS, I can't receive email on my primary address
