Our old PC (HP Desktop) purchased in Dec. 2009 gave up the ghost last weekend.  The technician transferred all our files from the old machine but we encountered 2 problems with Live Mail. 

1. We have 2 email accounts; all the old messages from one account showed up fine but on the other account, we cannot open any of the messages in the Sent box.

2. On our old machine, we could backup our email using our Norton backup.  But we can't see how to backup our email on the new PC with Live Mail 2012.

We would appreciate any help you can provide.
