Like many of your other correspondents, I was happy with the change over from Hotmail, but that was before the problems began. I am experiencing three problems which some other poster's report on their mobiles but not on their PC based e-mail: (I only
checked the first few pages of what I thought were relevant streams because there are so many posts perhaps indicating that there are so many problems?)
1) I have lost my accounts "Link". It worked fine until about a month ago. My "sign-in" page suggests I can sign in to multiple accounts with one password, but I click on that link and get the message that the service is unavailable?
2) You are requiring me to constantly refresh and re-sign into my accounts - annoying and not previously the case (or at least not so annoyingly frequently)
3) when I do "refresh" my open account it "defaults to the alternative open account address and I have to sign out and re-sign in.
The usual blurb from Microsoft is that these changes are for security - hasn't worked. I now receive more spam than ever. I have also never appreciated the message that you put up after I have manually cleared my Spam folder saying "Hooray" isn't our e-mail
filter doing a wonderful job.
