This message keeps popping in every time

It's the
Your messages are in your POP folder! Some other program is set to download and delete your messages from Outlook. Just in case this was an accident.

and I go to click on the section it gives me, I get this:

Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now
If you continue to have this problem, please report it to Microsoft.

am I screwed or do I just ignore this message?
