All e-mails I am trying to send, the reply is "This message can not be sent.' There are no reasons given.
Second, one e-mail message A pop up top left screen headed "NAMES" along with a message stating "no match found".  I have never seen this before or since.  This is an important message and I need to send it !  I feel like someone else is in control of my computer.  HELP. please
