Hi, I am trying to set up my own domain on Outlook.com but getting the above message.
The domain name is sippay.co.id
The website represents my payment service business which is based in Indonesia.
The business serves customers who want to pay their bills, from electricity to cable tv services, all in one place. I just set up the website recently and I can guarantee there is nothing inappropriate on the website. 

Please unblock domain above so I can register my own domain on Outlook.com as soon as possible.
