I have an account which was fine, but I now (as of 7ish days ago) get the error:
This account is no longer usable
However, you can create a new account. If you use Messenger, your contacts will automatically be transferred to your new account.
Verify your information
For security purposes, enter the password for the account you're trying to sign in to.

I can't change the account, because it's the domain administrator that I use to login and administer emails on domains.live.com - it was working fine previously!
Can someone advise? Microsoft chat support told me to come here and speak to someone.
MS should also change these discussions so I can get a response on an account which is NOT the one I'm signed into.
