A few months ago I overcome the sudden log-in problem which I had by emptying the cache and relocating to my unis address as follows to access me mail: www.outlook.com/mymail.mssu.edu
It has been working perfectly until a few days ago..it just won't let me log in. When I do try (and I am positive it is the right password) it tells me this:
You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect user ID or password.
But when I do follow the audio code successfully (as for some reason the letter code ALWAYS says "You entered the wring letters" even though I am very positive I did enter the right ones; however the audio code seems to work), it redirects me NOT as expected
to my email BUT instead to the old outlook mail log in version.
Once, I enter the email and correct password there, it leads me NOT to my email but shows me the following message:
This account can't be used to access Outlook.com
I need my account for work, uni, etc... PLEASE HEEEEEEEEEELP!!!!! It is awful..I have tried so many things. Why can I not log in???
