I ve been trying this joke of a link for 3 days and nothing is happening. I ve requested various resets but no deal with any of the links. I had the account verified and the link that was send didn't work either!! The email @hotmail was hacked and started sending spam and virus links to my business email account. That is how we find out. Since then I tried everything with no success.

   Please don't tell me to optimize my browser, try another computer, another browser and all that good stuff. Done it all and even tried different OS from xp all the way to windows 8!  I am still getting the same message! Off course there is no number for tech support or direct communications besides automated emails that you cannot reply back on....after all I am not a paid MSN member...
So if there is  a way that someone can reset the password or send me a link that works I would greatly appreciated!
