I have received this message several times before, but in the past two days it has been frustrating.  I can receive emails and send emails, but when I try to delete old emails or to clear out the junk mailbox, this message comes up at the top of my computer screen.  When this message appears, you can't do anything, there is no response to the commands and you can't move around within your mailbox.  Help!
