I am unable to retrieve email from my "send-and-receive" account, which is on @att.net. I was able to confirm the credentials are valid and also confirm that connectivity using Outlook to the POP3 server works appropriately. I was able to retrieve emails
from this ATT account to my outlook.com before the issue started happening on 8/14/2013 5:27pm. I am able to only send email. I reviewed the service status page and it reports all lights being green.
