when i open up my new mail - i have options to reply, send, delete etc - I now (since outlook has taken over) have NO "forward" facility/option - why is this? and what do i do when i want to forward mail to others? it is most frustrating - getting new stuff is meant to make it more convenient not more troublesome? - thanks
