I am also experiencing this problem. I cannot sign in to my Windows 8 laptop because somehow my PC Administrator log-in got associated with my email address. Unfortunately, I have apparently lost the password for the Microsoft account that is associated with that email. Until I get this fixed, Windows 8 will not let me install new programs! Please set up a private response to me, too, so I can get this fixed. I have tried over 20 times to re-set my password, using multiple browsers, different computers, different re-set methods, and still I get "There is a temporary problem with the service..." This "temporary" problem has been going on for days now. Help me use my new Windows laptop, please!
