Hello.  I am having the same problem.  I downloaded the file to both a .wmv format as well as .mp4 format.  It plays fine for a few minutes and then the sound stops and then starts again after a few minutes so the video and audio are not in sync for the entire project.  Can you please help?  Here are responses to your inquiries:

> The option I used was "save movie" then "for computer" then I chose the format .wmv; then I did the same thing and chose the option .mp4 - the same issue occurred with both formats saved
