Hello people.

I am trying to use a new purchase, the Asus T100, running Windows 8.1, and am unable to use "Mail" or the "Store".

Mail reports "unable to sync", and Store reports "unable to connect to the server - try again later".

I have followed the recommendation for the store - emptying the cache (wsreset.exe) but to no avail. The result is the same message.

Can anyone help, please?
