I have add skp.my to outlook.com. I can create other email id's. But whenever i tried to create utm[@]skp.my it show message "The requested account name is already in use or was used in the past and has not been through the required waiting period to re-use.". I never created this mail id before. Earlier this domain has been hosted and they used same mail id in hosted mail server. Currently i pointed the domain to new server. IT IS REALLY CRITICAL PLEASE HELP ME.
