Your assistance would be much in creating accounts for which the domains.live.com Administrative Panel for outlook.com produced the Title error.

If we try with scripts from the SDK we obtain the error, "The EASI member exists"

Ours is an old domain for which we are converting to email with outlook.com and undoubtedly our members have created Live IDs prior to it being added to outlook.com.    The IDs in question are probably unmanaged Live IDs.   For some account we had the option to evict or import the unmanaged Live IDs, but not for the ones producing the Title message.

I would be pleased to provide the names of the Live IDs in question with the domain name upon advice from you.
