I'm the administrator of my domain and you Admin Live Admin Center to manage the email address of my domain.  Because a member of my family forgot their password I had to delete their  account.    When I try to recreate the address with the same email address I get the message "The requested account name is already in use or was used in the past and has not been through the required waiting period to re-use"  How can I fix this.  The email address was delete 4 months ago and still produce the error.
