Hello,

 

In configuring my domain as a Custom Domain using domains.live.com, I have added and removed several email addresses for my domain while becoming familiar with the interface and the environment.

 

After completing testing, I attempted to reset these mailboxes by deleting these and then recreating.  However, I now receive an error when trying to create these mailboxes:

The requested account name is already in use or was used in the past and has not been through the required waiting period to re-use.

 

I have been waiting patiently to see if this resolves itself and I have been waiting for six months and this continues to be an issue.

 

Is there some form of support request that I can raise to have my domain reset?
