I recently set up multiple email accounts with our own domain. I need to make a catchall, which I couldn't find good documentation for. So, I tried to create a forwarder, to forward one of the emails accounts to another email account on the same domain.
That didn't take. So, I deleted the one account to try to start over.
The I received this:
"The requested account name is already in use or was used in the past and has not been through the required waiting period to re-use."
At which time, I found in a support area that there is a 365 day wait for this?? Is there anyway that I can reset this email back up and properly create a forwarder?
Please help.
