Hi,

When trying to access my son's outlook.com account I get the "The Microsoft account is incorrect. Please try again." error. I tried resetting the password and got the same message. I tried to sign up for it again as I don't think he has used it in a while and it says the name is taken. If the name was taken, when I try to reset the password, whomever signed up for it, should get the reset request.

Can you please help?
