Hello, I have a Hotmail account which I successfully logged in yesterday using the one time log in. Now today, I am told my account does not exist. I used the one time password because I was unable to log in with my old password for some reason.

What I had done yesterday when I was able to log in was:
- update my personal information
- delete my old alias e-mail and added my newer Gmail as an alias
- log out

I tried sending an e-mail to the address which I am trying to long into but it is bounced back saying the inbox does not exist, yet I am unable to create an e-mail with the same address. I tried creating this Outlook account and adding the e-mail as an alias to this account but got an error saying it is already aliased with another account.

Could I get my hotmail account re-activated? What has happened to this account?
