i had written an earlier message yesterday about my email being blocked and the moderators were more than happy to help me out but when i tried to reply to my private messages it wouldn't let me. so here it is there's one problem the link that you send me the support.live.com when i click on it, it takes me to the email support but its asking me for my hotmail.com address the problem is that my address the one that's blocked is a live.com account and when i type it in and press submit it doesn't do anything it keeps me on that page and insists that i put in my hotmail.com address which i don't have all i use is your live.com account.
