Dear Someone,

The facility to directly backup the storage folders from Windows Live Mail has disappeared, as well as the 'Users/Appdata...' pathway to navigate to them. How can I do this and is it a deliberate Microsoft strategy to force me to use the ghastly Windows Mail? For the future, is there an alternative email program that works as well as LiveMail did?
