Original title: Windows Live Photo Gallery

I have Windows 7.

I lost the ability to retouch photos on Windows Live Photo Gallery.  The entire top panel does not show up when I open Windows Live Photo Gallery.  I am not sure if that is called the toolbar or fine tune panel.

There is no view tab.

How can I get this back?
