Using a home computer running Win XP OS.  I have to select edit profile to access the Profile window where the down arrow then appears.  From there, I can then select the down arrown next to the word Profile to select People, Calendar, Skydrive, or to return to the Outlook.com window.  The down arrow also appears in the People, Calendar, and Skydrive Windows.  When I return to the Outlook.com window the down arrow is still not appearing and I have to go back through edit profile in order to get access back to People, Contacts, or Skydrive.
