I have a "live.com" email account and able to sync it (last sync yesterday 16 August 2013) however I realized I can't login today and it becomes "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different email address"

My email is sync to many of my work and now I can't login. Please kindly advice on how I can recover my email as it is very important.
