I access my live account only through Xbox. One day after a period of non use I tried to log in and it was blocked. When I went through the password reset protocol I got to a page that told me the account is blocked and click continue. I clicked continue in three different browser and they all lead to a broken link. Per Microsoft instructions I set up a new account and submitted the issue to support. After 36 hours I got a message telling me to log in to the account and send a message to support, exactly what I just did.
I would like to unblock my account, but I am not able to do so.
