Help — lost contacts in Windows Live Mail

I have Windows Live Mail 2011 --- all of my contacts have disappeared --- can you please advise how to recover the missing information.  I have proved the about info from the drop down box so you will know what version I am working with.

The issue started when I tried to send an email with a photo.  A box popped up asking me to set up an account however when I set up the account all of my contacts disappeared so I cancelled the account but now the information is missing and I cannot access the tab for contacts so I am now unable to save any contacts. Please help --- I need to fix this and I am completely lost.

Hello anybody.  Have a problem & hope someone out there can fix it.  Whenever I exit my Windows Live Mail I get this message:
"The instructions at "0x01b9182c" referenced memory at "0x01b9182c".  The memory could not be "read".  Each time I open  & close the email, it gives me a different instructions number.
Does anyone know how to prevent this from popping up when I exit my email?

Groups of email names in Windows Live Mail

I have a group of 79 emails that was created in Outlook Express some time ago.  The list was successfully transferred to Windows Live Mail and I have added ma,es to  it.  However, whenever I create an email specifying that it go to that list, the program only sends it to a few of the people on the list -- the rest are dropped.  I've tried breaking the group into several smaller groups and specifying that the message be sent to all the people in all of the groups, but the program takes a few names from each group but not all.  How do I fix this?

Whenever I sign out of my Windows Live Mail this message pops up on my screen "The instrucitons at "0x01b816b5".  Does anyone know how I can keep this from popping up?

Syncing Contacts

Using Windows 8.1

Prefer using Windows Live Mail,  but the contact list is not populated. Is there a way to sync or copy the contacts associated with "People" in 8.1??

Windows Live Mail won’t let me reply to incoming emails in Windows 7

I can receive messages in Windows Live Mail on Windows 7 but when I click on 'reply' I get: "A  problem occurred while trying to open this message
A problem has occurred Please try again"

I am having to go online to send, and it is very tedious.  I see others have had same sort of problem

I am new to this community and I CANNOT find how to get to the answers!!!!

Backing up Windows Live Mail and All Folders

Hi

My PC is on Win7 and Firefox

Due to possible Operating System problem I have been advised to back up all important folders which I am able to do except Windows Live Mail and the Created Folders. I don't know how to do this and I need help.

After that a reformat will have to be done.

Windows Live Mail

We have a Surface Pro touch screen and had Windows Live Mail.  We were having problems sending and decided to restore back a few days to see if it might make a difference but accidently clicked on refresh and Windows Live Mail, Photo Gallery and much more just disappeared from our start page.  After talking to a computer person we were told that refresh took the tablet back to day one when we purchased it.   We were able to retrieve a couple of apps that went away and when we go into computer we can see that Windows Live Mail still exists but we cannot figure out how to get it back to use.  If we click on one of the folders or inbox a box will come us asking us to download Outlook 2013   Can anyone tell us whether or not we can get our Windows Live Mail back.  We had a large contact list and several saved e-mails in folders that we are in need of. 

Windows Live Mail could not send or receive email

Windows Live mail add hotmail account, but  could not send or receive email. but the it could send or receive from hotmail website.  Try to follow this link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/981418/zh-hk to set the server, but still could not fix the problem. please help.

When I click on windows live mail it opens up then the calendar keeps updating and no email can be sent or received as it keeps flashing on updating calendar . Help

I have a new laptop that has two ways to get mail.  I can click on the mail envelope and that one works fine but does not have all the little icons I am used to so I then go to the app screen and type in windows live and it brings up my live mail hot mail account.  But it has stopped working.  It keeps flashing updating calendar and shows that unable to download mail screen.  Help
