old computer died, need to move windows live mail contacts and emails to new pc from old drive, how can i accomplish this?

I've pulled the drive out of the old laptop and put it into a USB drive kit.  I can read the entire drive and have located the old windows live Mail data folder.  Is there a way to move that data over to my new Windows live Mail data folder.  I don't see any way to run the export data functions  for a typical migration.

 


The old version is Product Version 15.4.3555.0308
