I got a 'Welcome to Free Trial' message from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** that included links to the Windows Azure Management Portal and to a support page at http://www.windowsazure.com/support.  But I cannot use the support link, and I cannot use Azure.  I get an error “We were unable to find any subscriptions associated with your account”.  I can log into the Azure account page https://account.windowsazure.com/Home/Index but when I click ‘Portal’ I get the same error:

 

Does anyone know how to report this issue appropriately or resolve it?  Also, why isn't Azure listed as a product on this forum?

 

I can log into my MS account, but I cannot log into Windows Azure.  I am trying to use the Free Trial for WebMatrix.  I sign up for Windows Azure and then it says 'Once you're done signing up for Windows Azure, click here to finish sign in.  I click and then I sign in again and it says 'Importing account' and then it says

 

Thank you for signing in.  It looks like we just need a little more information to activate your Windows Azure free trial.

 

I click the Next button and it takes me to  https://account.windowsazure.com/signup?&WT.mc_id=WebMatrix3  where I see this:

 

Your login session has expired.  Click here to log back in. 

 

When I click, it gives me the same error message:

 

Where is the appropriate place to report this or get it resolved?

 

 

My primary and secondary Live IDs/aliases somehow got switched, and now that I switched them back, I can't sign in to either Outlook or Windows Azure with either ID, apparently because my ID is from Office365. What do I need to do to make my IDs compatible with both Outlook and Office365 and be able to use Windows Azure again? Can I switch the Office365 alias to a Live one so I can use it with Azure, and still be able to log into my mail?
