I have a website and visitors to the site can contact me by sending an email that is then forwarded by my web host, Lunar Pages.  Up until recently there was no problem and I received all visitor emails, including work queries.  However, no emails are coming through to me now.  We have tested this with gmail accounts and they go through fine.  My web creator thinks that hotmail is identifying the forwarded emails as spam -- but nothing is in my junk mail.  They have simply disappeared.  And the senders do not receive a bounce back message either.  My paid hotmail account is my primary account and I need to find a solution to this.  Please help.  This has an effect on my business.  I have been on the phone with Microsoft all morning and redirected from chat to phone to here!  Thanks  T
Since about the 5th or 6th August 2013, I have been unable to receive emails from my email address at *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. On my Web host, I have an account set up to redirect emails sent to that address to my Outlook.com address.

I have checked with my Web host and they say the redirect is working correctly, so the problem is not at their end. I have checked my Outlook.com settings, and my email is in my safe senders list. It is also not listed in the Rules for sorting new messages.
